Born in Caserta, Italy, in 1987, Joseph Capriati began his journey into electronic music at an early age, inspired by his father’s passion for music and club culture. By his teens, Capriati was DJing at local clubs around his hometown, quickly gaining a reputation for his energetic sets and technical prowess. Drawing influences from Detroit techno, classic Chicago house, and the flourishing European scene, Capriati’s productions soon found their way onto labels such as Drumcode, CLR, and Plus 8, earning support from globally respected DJs and producers.
As his career rapidly ascended, Capriati became known for marathon DJ sets, seamlessly blending genres and hypnotizing audiences at world-renowned venues and festivals, including Amnesia Ibiza, Awakenings, Time Warp, and Berghain. His debut album "Save My Soul" (2010), followed by the acclaimed "Self Portrait" (2013), showcased a deeper, more melodic side to his sound and cemented his reputation as a forward-thinking producer. In 2016, Capriati launched his own label, Redimension, providing a platform for both his own productions and other rising talents.
