Juju & Jordash are a Dutch-Israeli electronic music duo known for their genre-defying approach to house, techno, and jazz-infused improvisations. Composed of Gal Aner (Juju) and Jordan Czamanski (Jordash), they first connected through Tel Aviv’s vibrant underground scene before relocating to Amsterdam. Their distinct sound bridges live analogue hardware jams with deep, cerebral dance rhythms, culminating in performances that blur the boundaries between club culture and avant-garde experimentation.
Emerging onto the international stage with celebrated releases on labels such as Dekmantel, Golf Channel Recordings, and Off Minor, Juju & Jordash are recognized for their atmospheric LPs and hypnotic improvisations, both in the studio and on stage. Their self-titled debut album (2009) and subsequent releases, including "Techno Primitivism" (2012), received acclaim for their ability to meld cosmic melodies, experimental jazz, and hardware-driven house grooves. Active collaborators, they are founding members of the improvisational supergroup Magic Mountain High alongside Move D.
Juju & Jordash have built a reputation as dynamic live performers, bringing spontaneous energy to clubs and festivals around the world. Eschewing laptops for hands-on analogue synthesis and drum machines, their sets are unique, live-constructed journeys into sound. Beyond production and live performance, they remain influential tastemakers and contributors to the global electronic music community, pushing boundaries with each new release and appearance.
