Santé, born Philipp Maier in Germany, is a globally recognized DJ, producer, and label head known for his deep, groove-driven approach to house and techno. Growing up in Berlin, Santé was immersed in the city’s vibrant electronic music scene from an early age. He began producing music as a teenager, drawing inspiration from house, techno, and hip-hop, and soon developed a distinct sound characterized by warm basslines, organic percussion, and hypnotic rhythms.

Santé's breakthrough came when he joined Tiefschwarz’s Souvenir imprint as a studio engineer, collaborating with influential artists and honing his technical skills. His early solo productions received critical acclaim, leading to releases on prestigious labels such as Get Physical, Desolat, Cocoon, and Saved Records. In 2012, he founded his own label, AVOTRE, which quickly became a respected platform for quality house and techno, nurturing emerging artists and curating forward-thinking releases.

As a DJ, Santé is acclaimed for his dynamic and energetic sets, performing at major clubs and festivals worldwide, including Panorama Bar (Berlin), Watergate, Elrow, Fabric (London), and Sonus Festival.
