Born Jeroen Verheij in the Netherlands, Secret Cinema has been a pioneering force in the electronic music scene since the early 1990s. Known for his innovative approach to techno and house, he broke through with the classic "Timeless Altitude" under his Grooveyard alias and quickly gained recognition for his distinctive analog sound and energetic live performances. Over the decades, Secret Cinema has released on a multitude of respected labels, including Cocoon, Drumcode, and his own Gem Records, fostering new talent while consistently evolving his own sound.

Revered both in the studio and behind the decks, he remains a key figure in techno’s development, continuously pushing boundaries with his productions, collaborations, and mentorship in the Dutch and global dance music community.
