Born and raised in Chiba, Japan, DJ Nobu is a renowned figure in the global electronic music scene, widely respected for his boundary-pushing sound and distinctive approach to techno. Emerging in the late 1990s, Nobu built a dedicated following through his Future Terror parties, which championed experimental, raw and hypnotic music beyond conventional club sounds. His sets, characterized by lengthy, immersive journeys through a vast spectrum of techno, ambient, house and industrial, have earned him acclaim at prestigious venues such as Berghain, Dekmantel, and Labyrinth festival.

Outside the booth, Nobu founded the Bitta label, releasing music from both Japanese and international artists, and cultivating a platform for artistic freedom and innovation.
